‘Stone farming’ a way of life in Perth

A Perth-based designer and farmer has been in the farming industry for nearly 20 years and is proud of the hard work he puts in to get the best out of his land.

Jason Grough, owner of Stone Farm, has been making farm-to-table meals since about 2015, and has now been in Perth for more than a year.

He says he believes he has the “right ingredients” to bring the “sustainable, sustainable” food movement to Perth.

“When you get to the point where you can take the time and the effort to really make sure that your soil is healthy and that your environment is protected, that you have a sustainable food system, that’s what I think I’ve got to deliver,” he said.

“I don’t think there’s anything better than that.”

It’s about the people who live in the region, it’s about people who work in the area and it’s also about the farmers.

“There’s just a huge amount of pride in the land.”

The idea of farming has been around for a long time, and farmers have been using it for thousands of years.

In 1879, a farmer in South Australia, William Smith, founded the Gold Fields Society.

He believed that by farming, people could be better off and that farming was good for the environment.

“Farmers have always been in it, they’ve always done it,” Mr Gough said.

He believes the time has come to change farming practices to embrace the “self-reliance” approach that he believes is the best for his family.

“We’re going to be doing something that is self-reliant, which is going to give people a chance to make a life,” he explained.

“That’s the only way you can have a long life and live longer.”

Mr Gough says he loves the land, and says the farm will be “full of happiness”.

“There will be so much love and happiness and happiness in the community.”

A lot of it’s been around a lot of people trying to make it work, and a lot has gone to the land and we are a big part of that,” he laughed.”

What I’m doing here is just taking a step back and saying, ‘This is a great way to get out of the city and have some peace and quiet’.

“The city has got a lot going for it.

The water is good, the roads are good, there’s lots of places to go and it makes a lot more sense.”

Mr Smith also believed that people were better off working on their own.

“One of the things that really struck me is people had a choice about what they were going to do with their lives and I think that is what is driving us,” he added.

Mr Grough said he was also inspired by his dad, who had his own land and was also a farmer.

“My dad is a big believer in self-sufficiency, and the self-sufficient way of living.

So, you just take the choice, take the effort and put in the effort, and you’ll have a better life,” Mr Fough said.””

And if you want to do it in a sustainable way, you can do it.

If you want a life of convenience, you’re just going to have to do what you want.””

It really does mean a lot to me to see it.

“For Mr Grough it was about bringing farming into a wider community.

The farm has been named the “Green Belt”, and Mr Goug hopes it will become a “cultural hub” for the Perth region.”

The Green Belt is just about bringing people together and encouraging them to take a chance on what they want to be able to do and the possibilities that are out there,” he continued.”

So, there are a lot things that I can do with my time here, and I would love to have more opportunities to do that.”

It’s a really exciting time and hopefully I’ll be able continue to do this for many years to come.

“Mr Fough also hopes to be a catalyst for change in the city.”

Our farmers are all working together, they’re doing what they love, and they’re putting their time and effort into making sure they have the best product and the best environment,” he concluded.
